Yes this is a review of the live event, Criss Angel Mindfreak Live (Building Implosion Escape).
Now I live in the UK so I could not watch this event live on television... but lucky for me that A&E (the people broadcasting) gave a free live webcast. The cast showed a lot less than the TV programme did (you could see the TV cameras) I even recorded the event and the video will be in this post (under this)
Ok so to the event, Criss Angel was to be handcuffed to the railing of a baloney in a 9ft building, then all the doors behind him were locked. The original plan was that Criss would escape the handcuffs and get through the locked doors and finally arrive on the roof and climb a ladder to a helicopter and safety and then the building would implode with Criss safely away but... it did not go to plan.
Ok so heres what happened (either read this or watch video) Criss Angel escaped the handcuffs very easily with a shank he had tied to a lanyard around his neck. And then tried to use the same shank to open the baloney door and failed. So he decided to kick a window through and began running through the building. Now during the time he was inside the building there was no coverage, you could not see him inside the building except when he climbed some stairs (but I did not see that) Then you hear a guy saying "The chopper is taking off in 9 seconds" and someone else saying "are you serious" then it happened, The helicopter took off away from the building (during the last events the copter was above the roof with a ladder hanging down and resting on the roof) as the chopper took off it was as if everyone in the crowd hated the driver. By this time we all knew that the implosion was just a minute or two from beginning. With no signs of criss the explosives started and the crowd held their breath.
**SPOILER ALERT**
Ok so Criss was nowhere to be seen, The implosion was starting and the presenter was an asshole... Sorry. Ok back on track. So the explosions happened and the building came down to the ground and as the dust settled everyone wondered whether Criss Angel was dead or alive. And then the presenter (who I now hated) came on the screen exclaiming "We don't know whats going on" and he didn't (supposedly) the presenter continued to tell us about what had happened when... He began yelling ¬¬ "Look over there" (He said this to the screen as if we were all going to poke our heads into the screen and have a peak at where he was pointing) just then the camera panned to a nice looking staircase and Criss Angel emerging from the rubble to his fans (Who I also hate because they were to loud (it was 3AM)) and he walked around for a while and then some interviews happened and it was all over.
Ok now its time for... (Drum roll) ... My Analysis. So Criss went into a building and magically survived the impact of tons of rubble coming down on him and walked out of the building unharmed? My ass. I think there was either a Lucite (Bulletproof Glass) booth or a Padded booth that Criss hid in until the building came down... or he could have had a hidden escape route set up prior to the show. Anyway to wrap up my analysis Criss angel is not Iron Man he cannot survive sudden impact and this was a very well choreographed event. Exiting none the less.
So to wrap up this masterpiece I will give this event 3 ratings & and the video below it.

2. Giveaway Rating - 7/10 (when he came out of the door it was horrible)
